I had a list of plumbing problems needing attention. I requested an estimate online and got a response the same day which was impressive in itself. An appointment was made, an estimate was given and the work was completed the following day. I like that I was called as to when to expect the technician for each visit. Bruce had a great work ethic and explained his plan of the work to be done and completed it in timely manner. I was very pleased with the response, neatness, and cleanliness of the work done.

Randy and all technicians were good at answering our questions and helping us make some decisions, as we had water damage to our bathroom from plumbing and in our kitchen from water leaking. Randy was great at working with our insurance company in negotiating a settlement. In the end, the negotiated price was fair and we are very satisfied with the end product. The few things we questioned were taken care of as quickly as possible. We dealt with COVID and some delays, but they were upfront with dates, times, and delays. Technicians were respectful. Very happy!

Thanks to Randy and everyone at Von Deylen. From our initial meeting for our estimate through installation, everything went smooth and as expected, on our end. We replaced an almost 30 year old heating and AC system with a very quiet and efficient Lennox system. With the recent warm weather, we haven’t turned it off yet and it is doing a great job of keeping our 120+ year old home comfortable. We are very pleased with the equipment.
